Which Horadric Cube rerolls are restored

The correction covers Impairment Reduction, Barrier Generation, +Healing, and Critical Strike Damage. These are item stats that could previously be unavailable for rerolling through the Cube. The update addresses that failure, not the addition of new affixes.

Revisit equipment you set aside because one of those stats could not be rerolled. Decide which stat you want to change before committing resources. Restored access is a reason to reassess an item, not a reason to assume the next result will suit your build.

Existing seasonal blocks still need another character

The seasonal correction prevents using a Splinter of a Prime Evil before finishing the seasonal questline, but it does not restore unfinished quest progress on characters already affected. That distinction matters if your character still cannot access Prime Evil Powers after updating.

For an affected character, create another seasonal character and finish the seasonal questline in the same partition, meaning the same combination of character settings. Match both Normal or Hardcore and standard play or Solo Self-Found. Completion unlocks Prime Evil Powers for characters in that matching partition, including the affected character, while leaving its unfinished quest progress unchanged.

Loot access and quest drops also receive fixes

Tyrael's appearance after Baal's defeat no longer interferes with collecting the boss's loot. The Sandstone Golem can respawn after a death during its Horadric Library encounter, and the Countess can no longer cross the Forgotten Tower fog wall and halt progression. The Necromancer quest Call of the Underworld also receives a correction for monsters failing to drop Unbroken Bones. These changes address interrupted play, not increased rewards.
